PADI Beginner Freediving Course

Saturday and Sunday (approx. 9am to 3pm daily) -
Usually Manly or Eastern Suburbs

Through this course you will learn to enjoy life below the surface by freediving between 10-16mt deep.
You will learn relaxation and correct breathing techniques, physiology relevant to freediving, how to keep yourself and others safe in the water and ethical interaction with different species of sea life.
This course is for beginners, you don’t need freediving experience to book, any experience in swimming, snorkelling, scuba, surfing, yoga or even dancing will be useful.
Freediving is for everybody, this course can be adapted for people with disabilities, please enquire before booking so we can discuss your needs.
Depth Training

Equalisation and technique (CNF, CWTB, FIM) training to help you achieve deeper dives and push your limits safely.
Open only to all Certified Freedivers or those who attended a PADI Beginners Freediving course but need to complete the course requirements.

Social Fun Dive

Dives typically last between 2 to 4 hours, so you can join us for as little or as long as you’d like.

We will decide location depending on weather conditions, for us to have the best and safest experience -
Join us for exhilarating group social dives, perfect for everyone from beginners to experienced divers. These sessions provide a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow freedivers while exploring the underwater world in a welcoming and supportive environment.
During each fun dive, you’ll encounter beautiful marine life and explore stunning underwater landscapes, all while being guided by our experienced instructor who prioritizes safety. Rest assured, everyone will have a dive buddy, ensuring that you feel comfortable and confident in the water.

Come join our weekly indoor swimming pool training sessions in UNSW Fitness & Aquatic Centre in Kensington, designed for all levels. Come improve your skills with an evolving range of exercises to achieve longer and deeper dives, or as a preparation before taking your PADI Beginner Freediving course. (Pool entry fee included )
