1. Eligibility & Pre-requisites

1.1 Age Requirement
Participants must be at least 12 years old for any of the Courses and Training Sessions.

Participants under the age of 18 must provide written consent from a parent or guardian.

1.2 Health & Fitness
Freediving requires a reasonable level of physical fitness and good health. You must complete a health questionnaire before starting the course. If you have a medical condition that may impact your ability to safely engage in freediving, you may be required to provide a medical clearance from a doctor.

1.3 Swimming Ability
You do not need to be an expert swimmer, but you must be able to swim comfortably in open water. A swimming test may be required for some courses.

2. Course Booking & Payment

2.1 Booking Process
To book a course, you must complete the online registration form on our website, providing necessary details such as your name, contact information, medical history, and any relevant emergency contacts.

2.2 Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made via credit/debit card or other accepted payment methods through our website.

2.3 Course Pricing
All course prices are listed on the website and are in AUD.

2.4 Booking Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email containing details of your course, including the date, time, and location.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 No Refund Policy
Once you have registered and paid for any course or any of our services, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes cancellations, failure to provide medical clearance from your doctor, no-shows, or failure to complete the course for any reason.

3.2 Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule your course, you must contact us at least 72 hours before the course start date. A rescheduling fee may apply, and rescheduling is subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred dates.

3.3 Cancellations by Us
In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule the course (due to weather, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered an alternative course date.

You must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by your instructor. Your instructor has the right to remove you from the course if you fail to comply with safety standards, endanger yourself or others, or behave in a disruptive manner. No refunds will be given under these circumstances.
