Before each session, you’ll have a discussion with your instructor about your specific needs and goals. Based on this conversation, your instructor will fully customize the training to suit you, providing dedicated guidance to help you perfect your breath-hold techniques, equalisation, and finning. With real-time feedback and customised drills, this session will accelerate your progress and build your confidence in the water, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience, no matter your skill level.
These personalized sessions are also perfect for beginners who feel more comfortable in a one-on-one setting or for those who may experience social anxiety, or any other concerns. Your instructor will offer a supportive and understanding environment, allowing you to progress at your own pace while building confidence both in and out of the water.
In addition to in-water training, each session also includes dedicated time off the water, where we focus on meditation and visualisation techniques. The off-water duration will depend on the total session length. For example, a 3-hour session will include 1 hour off the water, while a 2-hour session will include 40 minutes off the water.
